The BPW is performing a prequalification of potential bidders for the Engineer, Procure, Construct (EPC) design/build contract. The prequalification process is applicable to potential bidders that have been identified by BPW’s U.S. market information, solicitation to the BPW directly by design and construction firms, and the BPW’s understanding of firms interested in executing the project. The prequalification process will evaluate the applicant’s financial, commercial, and technical capability to perform the scope of work within the respective contract package. The evaluation of the prequalification submittals will result in the determination of a limited number of qualified bidders who will receive the EPC RFP.
