UPDATED: The Holland Board of Public Works has extended the deadline for EPC (engineering, procurement, and construction) contractor bids to 5:00PM on September 12, 2014. We anticipate narrowing down a short list of qualified applicants within the next several weeks, and we’ll post again at that time.
